REGISTRATION

Registration is required only for those who wish to attend the conference and are not part of the conference panels. Registration is necessary in order to allow organisers to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to register by sending an e-mail to register@demconf.org, stating their name, affiliation and instutional position, and full contact information, including e-mail and phone number. Please specify REGISTRATION FOR DEMOCRACY CONFERENCE in the subject line of your message.

For any questions regarding the conference registration please contact the conference chair directly.

An e-mail confirming your conference registration will be sent to you upon acceptance of your registration request. To complete the registration, please bring the confirmation message with you to the conference desk when attending the conference.

The registration fee for requests sent in before May 31, 2012 is 40 CHF. The registration fee for registration requests sent in and accepted after the closing date is 60 CHF due to the the costs incurred in accomodating contingencies on a short-term basis. Registration fees are payable in cash on-site at the conference registration desk.


A limited amount of travel support may be available for graduate students wishing to attend the conference.
